Please consider that Flavours dosage is influenced by the alcohol content in the final beverage. If alcohol degree of final beverage is low (5° or below), flavours work well also at the low side of the indicated dosages; if alcohol degree of final beverage is high (20° or more) flavours dosage has to be on the higher side.
